Executive Business Partner to $150K - Exciting, Fast-Paced Opportunity in Tech!
Our client, a growing technology company, is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to support the CEO and serve as a unifying force within a new and growing organization! In this pivotal role, the Executive Assistant will fully support the CEO and their initiatives while driving the company's growth. The qualified candidate will have 5+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive.
Position Details:
- Location: Watertown, MA
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Degree: Highly preferred
- Responsibilities include collaborating with external partners and stakeholders to facilitate and prioritize communication; overseeing and prioritizing the CEO's inbound communications, drafting responses, and managing correspondence; preparing reports and presentations; managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements; and more.
- The ideal candidate will have familiarity with the tech industry and startup ecosystem, a passion for fostering a positive organizational culture, and an ability to create and edit compelling presentations.
