Athlete Data Services Manager to $70K!
Our client, a non-profit organization with the mission of promoting a healthy lifestyle through sports, is eager for an Athlete Services Data Coordinator to join their team! In this role, the Athlete Data Services Manager will be responsible for key data management processes related to event registrations. The qualified candidate will have 3+ years of experience in database management, or equivalent experience with customer relationship management platforms.
Position Details:
- Location: Boston, MA
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Degree: Preferred
- Responsibilities include managing registration submissions, verification, and entry fee processing; managing programs and initiatives, including overseeing communication, identification, and verification of results; maintaining the results database; collaborating creatively with the Salesforce Team to drive innovation; assisting with creating data export files for vendors; and more.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex data sets; strong organizational and time management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Salesforce; and experience with credit card processing is preferred.
