Accounts Recievable/Billing Specialist - Hybrid/Needham, MA
We are working with an well established pharmacy that is looking for immediate help with AR/Billing Specialist. This will start as a contract, but will have the opportunity to move permanently very fast. This will be reporting to the Director of Finance and hopes to have this person in 3 days a week in their Needham office.
Responsibilities: Process manual credit card payments of patients' account balances, Apply payments received to patient accounts and adjust patients' AR balances, Respond to patient email and phone inquiries regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements, Inactivate patients in the pharmacy system as requested
Qualifications:
At least 3 years AR/Billing experience
Pharmacy, Healthcare industry a plus but not required
- System savvy
- Medical Billing experience a plus!
