Beacon Hill Financial is teaming back up with a repeat client of ours looking for an AR Specialist to join their team. In this position you will be processing a high volume of invoices and working with employee expense reports. Below is the full job description. Job Description
- Generate and post invoices for 24 branches.
- Process interbranch bills, and complete write-offs and refunds as requested.
- Research and solve invoice disputes, customer queries, and other billing issues.
- Support the branches by answering questions concerning billing, sales adjustments, and unapplied cash.
- Maintain and track KPIs related to the AR function.
- Complete special projects as assigned to support the accounting team.
- Supervise and train one AR Specialist.
