Beacon Hills is currently assisting our client located in Alpharetta GA for an Assistant Account Executive for a commercial Insurance organization. This well respected insurance company operates within a niche industry and is specialized. This office is currently working a hybrid, 3/2 schedule and is a small, team oriented and 'family' feel group. Having past experience working with commercial lines coverage would be a huge advantage for consideration.
Please see the requirements and tasks associated with this role:

Software includes MS Office suite including Excel and Outlook. Applied Systems Epic would be a plus.
Very good communications skills - verbal and written. Much of communication is produced via email and grammar and spelling appropriately is a Must Have.
Issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
Change orders, orders of MVRs, retrieval of loss runs, other administrative tasks -daily.
Main focus of supporting the producer's book of business with associate needs
Communicating with insurers regarding items that are needed for writing and binding policies.
Possess high attention to detail, organization, setting priorities and multi tasking are all key to success.
Completion of MS OFFICE Test scores (provided by Beacon Hill) is Required before being submitted to client for consideration
