Beacon Hill is assisting our client located in Alpharetta GA in providing candidates for an Assistant Account Executive. Our client is an independent Insurance Company in the Commercial lines and provides coverage for a distinct, niche industry. They have offices in 2 additional states along with Georgia. The company is stable and was established 30+ years ago. This position will be providing support for the Account manager, primarily administrative, and is a hybrid schedule weekly. Working knowledge of commercial lines coverage
Proficient computer technology with agency management system a plus (Applied Systems Epic)
Completed testing (provided by BH) in MS Office- Word, Excel, Outlook. Mandatory
Self-starter, Attention to detail, multi-tasking and ability to prioritize work assignments.

Daily tasks:
Issue COI's to 3rd party vendor
Order MVRs -24 hour turnaround
Create and process change requests to carriers
Issue and send ID Cards
Communication with insurers regarding their insurance items that are needed to write, bind etc.
Additional administrative tasks
