Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experience Securities Attorney for an in-house position with a Fortune 500 company based in Chicago. This is an Assistant General Counsel position and this role will be responsible for public filings on behalf of the company. Qualified candidates will have 6+ years' experience with 10-Qs, 8-Ks, Forms 3, 4, & 5, and Section 16 filings to name a few. Candidates can come from another company or a law firm.
