Our client is a premiere property management and development firm located in Boston, MA. They are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager and team at their North End office. This candidate will be customer service focused, resourceful, proactive, quick thinking and a team player able to wear many hats. This role pays 22/hr on the temporary end, and can annualize into the 40's for salary depending on candidate experience.

Responsibilities include:
-Assisting the Property Manager with planning property development, renovations, reconstruction & maintenance
-Preserving excellent resident relations through outstanding customer service, including phone and email communication, generating lease documents, correspondence and reports, inventory management and running departmental errands as needed.

Qualifications:
-Previous Administrative Support experience, strong customer service, time-management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
-Microsoft Office proficiency including Word, Outlook & Excel are required.
-Further technical knowledge such as Yardi management software is a plus.
-Must be self-sufficient and able to work in a collaborative environment.
