Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an Associate Attorney to join a Pittsburgh-based firm on its business litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in some or all areas of business litigation: IP infringement litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith matters, cybersecurity and data breach response, and employment/trade secret/DTSA litigation work.

The Associate Attorney supports senior lawyers with hearing, trial and courtroom preparation, which requires high level and complex research and writing skills. The ideal candidate will possess a firm understanding of PA state and federal law and litigation strategies.

While the ability to meet with counsel and clients onsite in the downtown Pittsburgh office will be necessary at times, remote work is negotiable.
