Beacon Hill Legal is seeking experienced attorney candidates for an Associate Corporate Counsel role with a global energy and technology company based in Reading, PA. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, this position collaborates with various departments to review, draft, and negotiate contracts; ensure operational compliance; and provide general legal support. Work may be performed fully remotely or onsite in the company's Reading headquarters.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Review, draft and administer commercial contracts including licensing, technology, sales, procurement, confidentiality and other commercial contracts;
• Provide expertise in the area of software licensing, IT, IoT, cybersecurity and data privacy for new product and service offerings;
• Support product teams as they develop and bring-to-market new products and services by helping identify and resolve licensing, security and compliance issues;
• Identify and assess legal and business risks to the Company;

Qualifications:

• Bar license in any state, active and in good standing
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Willingness to travel on occasion, as needed
• Software licensing, engineering, technology and/or manufacturing experience
