Our client, a successful think-tank in Washington, DC, is seeking an Associate Director of HR to join their team!

About You:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 5+ years of professional HR experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Strong detail orientation and ability to work with a variety of people.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

The Job:

  • Serve as HR generalist.
  • Manage the full life cycle recruiting process, DEI initiatives, and employee relations.
  • Work with high-level management to analyze work performance and oversee training.
  • Organized company training and events.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with an hourly rate ranging in between $32/hr-$38/hr during the temporary contract and $70K-$85K once converted to the permanent role (DOE). If you are interested in this role, apply today with your MS word resume.
