Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Senior Attorney for a hybrid, temp-to-perm role with our client in downtown Atlanta.

This position will involve providing legal counsel and advice on the client's environmental matters, including drinking water, wastewater and storm, water treatment and compliance, solid and hazardous waste management, sustainability and environmental nuisances, contamination, and clean-ups.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctorate degree, be a member of good standing with the State Bar of Georgia or obtain membership within one (1) year of employment. 10+ years of post-graduate legal experience preferred.

Essential duties include drafting and reviewing contractual instruments including memoranda or understanding, land access agreements, and settlement agreements, communicating to internal stakeholders legal risk and obligations based on the client's programmatic and business needs, as well as conducting legal research related to applicable municipal, state and federal laws and regulations.
