Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Georgia barred Labor & Employment Attorney for a hybrid, contract role starting ASAP with our client in Downtown Atlanta. Please note this role will be on-site 2-3 days a week in our client's Downtown Atlanta office.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of labor and employment experience in either a law firm, in-house or government agency setting. Essential duties include evaluating EEOC and state fair employment agency discrimination charges and other types of employment-related complaints in addition to providing guidance on a range of employment law issues (hiring, discipline, terminations, accommodations, workers' compensation, unemployment, employee pay and benefits, leaves of absences, performance management, social media, and grievances).
