Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Legal Assistant for a hybrid, temp to perm position with our client in Downtown Atlanta.
The ideal candidate will possess 1+ years of experience in a legal support role. Essential duties include creating standard file folders for new cases, scheduling meetings and depositions, managing conference room schedules, and filing legal documents. Additional duties include performing general secretarial work, handling all aspects of mail pick-up, sorting, and distribution, and providing front-desk/reception coverage as needed.
