Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for a hybrid, temp to perm role with our client in downtown Atlanta. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of legal experience or 2+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal. Essential functions include preparing drafts of pleadings and discovery responses for attorney review; preparing legal documents, articles, and case summaries required for a case preparation; researching legal information, generating and reviewing documents, and filing court actions and documents. Additional duties involve maintaining and updating cases status in the document management system and collaborating with attorney on case strategy to successfully close the matter.
