Responsible for hiring, training, developing, and leading a team of junior to senior level staffing consultants, account executives, consultants, or a combination thereof, within one of our divisions, while also maintaining a personal book of business in recruiting, account management or direct-hire/executive search. To be considered, must have prior staffing or placement industry experience, with leadership skills and proven success, in direct-hire, executive search or business development/recruiting within contract/temporary services.
