Our client, a non-profit benefit fund organization, is seeking a dynamic, self-sufficient HR Manager to lead their NYC team. In this role, you will oversee and perform HR-related duties at the professional level in policy development and compliance, benefits administration, employee relations, labor relations, and generalist responsibilities. The HR Manager is a liaison between the employees and management. The ideal candidate for this role has excellent communication skills and is able to work as part of a diverse team. Requirements:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- 10+ years in HR as a generalist with at least 5+ years in a management position
- Experience in employee policy administration, benefits and leave management, employee relations- preferred
- Knowledge of employment law and ther compliance regulations in NYC
- Well organized and attententive to detail
*Compensation commensurate with experience.
