Our client, a health service company, is looking for a Benefits Manager to join their team in Lincolnwood, IL. In this position, you will be helping to revamp the HR department. You will be running everything benefits including annual enrollment, 401k etc. This position, based on experience, can pay up to $100k.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of benefits experience
- Can effectively communicate in both verbal and written correspondence
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite/ Microsoft Business Suite
Responsibilities:
- Supports decision-making processes by analyzing benefit options and predicting future costs
- Prepares special reports by analyzing trends
- Informs employees of benefits usage by preparing & distributing benefit information and reports
- Oversee the administration of the 401(k) plan and participate on the 401(k) committee.
- Determine and implement metrics that assess and monitor the effectiveness of ongoing Benefit programs and new initiatives
- Ensure company compliance with provisions of state and federal compensation compliance, IRS, Department of Labor, insurance commissioners, etc. and reports changes to management
