BILINGUAL Customer Service Coordinator, On site Candidate Care. Do you have excellent customer service skill and experience in a high touch customer role and or people role? The COORDINATOR, ON SITE CANDIDATE CARE will be Client's main point of contact for their Hiring Center to facilitate the recruitment process for walk-in and phone candidates. This role will provide an exceptional customer-focused experience to every individual with inquiries on career opportunities, application instructions, and other company information. Will be the first line liaison to all candidates that walk in seeking a role with the client. This role will require EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and enjoy working with people. Responsible for assisting the candidate all the way through the application process, passing candidate to recruiter and or scheduling interview process with the client's internal recruiting team. Will also assist and participate in hiring job fairs, hiring events , etc…… This role will be working with HR and Talent Acquisition and be the key figure driving the application, hire work flow. Deliver a world-class pre/onboarding experience to the following stakeholders: candidates, TA team members, and HR business partner. Client would prefer qualified candidate have experience with MS Office and major plus if any experience with any Application Tracking System.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Greet and manage walk-in traffic delivering a positive candidate experience Conduct structured candidate interest assessments to determine best fits against open jobs and route/schedule applicants to correct IG recruiter for interviews Assist applicants in completing the online job application process Assist in scheduling candidate interviews with recruiters and hiring managers, and conduct interviews as needed.
Source talent profiles in ATS, digital platforms, and community-based organizations Maintain client's presence in and around the community.

Track lead source and conversion metrics to inform recruitment marketing strategies Be a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the entire recruiting life cycle Actively communicate with hiring managers and the recruitment team on recruitment activity at the hiring center to ensure alignment with broader recruiting strategies, hiring demand, and client needs Ensure compliance with all established processes and procedures Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email Identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed Monitor, track, and report on metrics pertaining to the candidate time in process metrics to determine effectiveness and impact to the business. Identify trends, gaps, and overall effectiveness of candidate care strategies.
Maintain 100% compliance in accordance with pertinent HR laws: throughout the candidate care process.
Preserve the accuracy in the candidate care tracking system to certify all applicant data is updated timely for precise reporting and metrics/KPIs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years of high-volume administrative experience, talent acquisition experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to learn other proprietary systems.
Experience working with applicant tracking systems preferred, not required Solid communication skills with drafting emails.
Excellent verbal communication skills via telephone and in person Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
Bilingual in English/Spanish

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
