Our client, a waste management service in Bladensburg, MD, is seeking a temporary Bilingual Spanish Recruiting Assistant to support their team!
About You:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- 1+ years of relevant/administrative experience; recruiting experience is not required.
- Articulate and organized with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable on the phone with the ability to incorporate appropriate phone etiquette.
- Ability to be 100% on-site in the Bladensburg, MD office.
The Job:
- Phone screen assigned candidates (with a script).
- Take notes during initial phone screens with assigned candidates.
- Provide notes to the Manager.
- Schedule interviews with candidates for three different locations.
- Complete additional tasks and provide support as needed.
