Bookkeeper - Framingham, MA
We are working with a preimier design and neiche engineering firm looking for a full charge bookkeeper to help out immediately. This will start as a contract, but will have the opportunity to move permanently very fast. They are open to full time and part time schedules, just ask when working to be in the office in Framingham. This would be the sole person on the finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Daily General Ledger duties
- Process Timesheets for full time and contractors
- Process Purchase Orders
- Ad hoc duties as fits.
Qualifications:
- Quickbooks Online Experience
- Proficient with Excel
- Consturction or Engineering Industry Experiece preferred but not required.
