Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Perform Financial Professional licensing check, index application appropriately and communicate with our internal Corporate Licensing to resolve licensing errors.
• Support and assist all of New Business Operation teams that may include but is not limited to; sending paperwork to outside company, monitor the New Business Suitability email inbox and appropriately addresses received emails, and filing paperwork and handling returned mail.
• Miscellaneous duties to include (Tram pick up, mail slots, back scanning, filing paperwork and processing return mail)
• Entering confidential client information into the Back Office Support System (BOSS).
• Establish New Accounts: Perform quality review of new account paperwork by determining account registration, reviewing, and analyzing various forms for accuracy and completeness, and opening the account in the system when paperwork is in good order.
• Write a detailed description of issues identified during the quality review process for communication to advisor when paperwork is not in good order.
