Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Ensures all initial and renewal appointments are processed in accordance with state and company rules and regulations.
• Prepares and submits applications and fees to state insurance departments via online vendor.
• Reviews to make sure reps are properly licensed before submitting appointments to states.
• Maintains computer records and appropriately charges agencies/agents for appointment fees.
• Communicates with Financial Professional(s) to obtain outstanding requirements necessary to complete contracting and/or appointment process.
• Processes all contracts and paperwork.
• Ensures all selected candidates are appropriately licensed and creates agent records in back office system(s).
• Obtains legal documents and signatures to ensure contracts are legally binding.
• Works closely with channel and distribution partners to answer questions related to on-boarding, licensing, and appointment rules.
• Processes terminations and ongoing continuing education updates, licensing, and insurance requirements in back office system(s).
• Communicates with Financial Professional(s) regarding the updates being performed.
