Our client, a global consulting firm with strong presence in Boston, is looking for a great recruiter to join their Campus Recruiting team. Working collaboratively with other team members, the Recruiter will support undergraduate campus recruiting efforts, including planning & recruiting event coordination, tracking applicants, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2 to 5 years of recruiting experience - professional services experience strongly preferred
- Previous campus experience strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail; strong communication skills. Ability to work effectively independently as well as part of a team.
