Our client is a well-regarded AmLaw firm seeking a mid to senior level corporate associate for their public company M&A and capital markets practice in Charlotte, NC. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience advising clients in capital markets transactions, including registered and Rule 144A/Reg S offerings of investment grade and high-yield debt, convertible debt, offerings of equity, PIPE transactions, ATM offerings, initial public offerings, price placements and liability management transactions. Helpful experience will also include advising and assisting public companies on regulatory compliance and SEC reporting, including proxy statements, quarterly and annual reports and NYSE and Nasdaq rules.
Experienced lateral candidates, including partner-level, encouraged to apply whether or not they have portable business.
