The ideal candidate will need a BS in Accounting/Finance, 10+ years manufacturing industry leadership experience, MBA or CPA a plus and experience with partnering with owners and executive team. Responsibilities include assist in managing the company's future growth, develop financial strategies by contributive and reporting financial data, initiate correct accounting and financial principles and coordinate with external partners relating to legal, tax, audit and insurance needs.
