Beacon Hill is assisting a reputable law firm client with their search for a Litigation Paralegal to support their Labor & Employment group. We are seeking a paralegal with at least five years of experience, that is eager to join a collaborative team.
Responsibilities of Litigation Paralegal will include:
- Supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation
- Case management
- Docketing and filing
- Drafting legal documents including pleadings, motions, and other documents
- Assisting with discovery
- Preparing for trial
