Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of recruiting activities for the assigned area, including planning, sourcing, selection, extending offers, managing relocations, and overseeing onboarding processes.
- Provide feedback and engage in continuous improvement initiatives to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and nurture community-based partnerships within the assigned region to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, HR leaders, and hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
- Communicate with leadership and stakeholders through regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and address any issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
