Our client, a private wealth management firm, is seeking a Client Associate to join their client relations team! This position is critical in maintaining long-standing relationships with clients, acting as liaison between clients, colleagues and other key individuals, developing and nurturing meaningful client relationship, and assisting with administrative responsibilities such as coordinating internal and external correspondence, reviewing daily cash balance and transaction reports, accurately collecting account and client information, and more. The ideal candidate will have a background in trust administration, as well as significant financial services and client support experience. Strong organizational skills, project management skills, and the ability to maintain a high level of client and employee confidentiality is a must!
