Our client, an international law firm, is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join their NYC team. The hours are 9am-5pm and they are in the office 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative assistance to the firm and sit at the front desk
  • Answer/direct incoming calls and greet clients, while maintaining the highest level of professional conduct and confidentiality
  • Coordinate, prepare, and reserve conference rooms, calendar accordingly
  • Save e-mail to the network and perform document management filing
  • Prepare and send Public Access Folders, assist with time entry and review
  • Assist with various database projects, payment request forms, and preparing expense reports
  • Process vendor invoices; scan and photocopy documents; create/edit PDF's
  • Proofread documents, prepare cover letters or correspondence., and assist with large mailings

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Accurate typing skills of 40 w.p.m.
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines and priorities
  • Ability to effectively work with all levels of personnel
  • Analytical ability, very good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn new computer software and customized databases
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Excellent attendance

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $50-$55K depending on experience
