We are working with a late stage clinical pharmaceutical company which will begin its transformation into a commercialized company in the coming years. This company has several drugs which have obtained positive clinical trial results and its has raised capital twice in the past year and is well funded. The company is at an inflexion point, with all signs that it will successfully commercialize so it is a great time to be joining the legal team. Right now, this role will focus on getting the drugs through the clinical process, but it will expand into other legal areas down the road.
