Customer Support / Data Entry
Our client in the Cary area is looking for a Customer Service Representaive, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Temp-to-Hire. ASAP start! Pay = $18-20 an hour!
Responsibilities
- Handling phone and email customer service within CRM system.
- Using Excel for reporting, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet, and multple email boxes.
- Keying orders, and data entry.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service representative/support experience.
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook PowerPoint)
- Professional verbal and written communication
- Excellent typing, and systems skills.
