Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a North Carolina-licensed Corporate Finance Attorney for a hybrid, temporary role with our client in Charlotte. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours. The estimated duration of this position is 6+ months with possibility of extension.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with financing transactions. Additional experience with real estate law and real estate finance preferred but not required. Essential duties include advising lenders, master services, and special servicers in financing transactions involving commercial mortgage-backed securities.
