Beacon Hill Financial has teamed up with a global law firm client of ours in Washington, DC to find a Collections Coordinator to add to the team. This person will report to the Collections Manager and be responsible for making collections calls, resolving billing issues, and preparing monthly reports. Job Responsibilities Include:

• Ensures that receivables are realized at as close to 100% as possible and collected in a timely manner in accordance with stated firm policy.
• Coordinates the resolution of billing issues, particularly involving electronic billing submissions and rejections.
• Resolve unapplied/suspense cash items. Helps to identify where payments should be posted in situations where remittance advice is missing or unclear.
• Assists with preparation of monthly reports on top inventory items.
• Coordinate's write-offs of aged or otherwise uncollectible invoices
• Responds to audit requests.
