Our client, a real estate-focused asset management company, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Commercial Assistant Property Manager to support their team in Chantilly, VA!

About You:

• 3+ years of commercial real estate experience.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Proficient in MS Office Products; proficiency with property management/accounting software is a plus.
• Possess strong financial, multitasking, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
• Ability to be on-site 100% in the Chantilly, VA office.

The Job:

• Prepare bid packages and review work order reports.
• Act as the point of contact for vendors.
• Coordinate with construction and engineering teams.
• Assist with preparing financial reports.
• Prepare monthly accruals, assist with forecasting, and assist with preparing annual budgeting.
• Complete additional tasks as needed.
