Beacon Hill Legal is working with a transactional law firm in Chicago. They are looking for a Commercial Lending Paralegal. This position is currently working a hybrid schedule. This paralegal will be responsible for the following:

• Communicating with attorneys, clients and other relevant parties on active matters as necessary to resolve issues and keep projects on track
• Conducting due diligence review for transactional closings, including reviewing organizational documents, good standings and lien searches
• Managing the timely and accurate organization and maintenance of electronic files
• Drafting loan and ancillary documents
• Coordinating the closing of transactions

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of transactional paralegal experience. Ideal candidates will have excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. The firm has a great work culture! Salaries up to $110k (DOE).
