Our client, a prominent commercial real estate firm, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Commercial Property Assistant to support their team in Washington, DC!

About You:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but Associates Degree required.
• 1+ years of PA/commercial property experience required.
• Ability to multitask competing priorities with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent oral/written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work 100% on-site at the Washington, DC location, from 8:00AM/8:30AM-5:00PM, in a fast-paced environment.

The Job:

• Answer calls, assist/resolve problems with callers, and deliver messages to appropriate person(s).
• Work with tenants on requests and work with maintenance to ensure requests/issues are handled.
• Plan tenant building events and assist with tenant move-ins/move-outs.
• Process invoices, handle reporting, maintain files, and purchase/maintain office supplies/equipment.
• Complete special projects and additional tasks as needed.

This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays $24/hr-$26/hr when temporary and converts to a salary of between $55K-$65K when made permanent (DOE).
