Compensation Analyst - Hampton NH
Our client, a national franchisee of work out faciilities, is seeking a compensation analyst to join their very busy team. This is a contract, contract to hire opportunity. The ideal candidate is extremely strong in Excel, Sox Compliance knowledge, ADP, Bonuses, Merit, and Market analysis. This sits in their corporate office on a hybrid basis 3 days a week in Hampton NH. There is flexibility with the days in the office.
Requirements:
At least 5 years' experience in a compesation role
Advanced excel experience
ADP experience is a plus.
Public company industry experience is greatly preferred.
