Our law firm client based in Boston, Massachusetts is currently seeking a temporary Commercial Real Estate attorney. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in areas such as borrower and lender representation in acquisitions and dispositions, land use permitting, construction and perm financing, title, condos and affordable housing financing. This is not for a specific project but to supplement their existing attorneys due to a heavy workload. This would be hybrid role, could possibly be 100% remote as well.
