Private Equity firm based on out Chicago with a growing NY office is looking to hire a Temp to Perm Conference Room Coordinator. This is one of two Coordinators who will help to manage 10 conference rooms. This role does require someone in office Monday - Friday from 830am - 500pm. The ideal candidate is approachable, team oriented and t remain calm in the midst of busy days.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors for meetings, walk them to conference rooms, offer beverages
• Manage the conference room calendar
• Add visitors to security
• Help with expense reports
• Prepare for meetings, if documents are required helping to prepare and distribute
• Ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role or experience working in hospitality where you are juggle and helping with events
• Must have strong written/verbal communication skills, be approachable, willing to help with whatever is needed and has the ability to remain calm in the storm
• MS Office experience

Compensation/Benefits:

• 60K - 70K DOE + Paid OT + Discretionary + Free Lunch on Mondays + Amazing healthcare benefits + 401K match
