Our client, a leading private equity firm, is seeking a Conference Room Coordinator to join their growing NYC team. The hours are 8:30am-5pm and they are in office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Manage 10 conference rooms: greet visitors for meetings, walk them to conference rooms, and offer beverages
- Manage the conference room calendar
- Add visitors to security
- Assist with expense reports
- Prepare for meetings; help to prepare and distribute documents if required
- Ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role or experience working in hospitality
- Approachable individual with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Poised under pressure and a "roll your sleeves" up team mentality
- Microsoft Office experience
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $60-$70K base depending on experience + bonus
- Paid overtime
- $1 per month for medical/dental/vision (covers employee and family)
