Beacon Hill is seeking a Conference Services Attendant for a temp to perm role with our client, a top Downtown Nashville law firm. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of prior experience in a professional services role. Duties will include setting up and breaking down conference rooms before and after meetings, loading and unloading dishwashers, coordinating with attorneys for in-house event set ups, and managing inventory of food and beverage items within the law firm, among other various tasks including tidying kitchens and conference rooms. Please note this requires the successful candidate to work on-site 40+ hours a week during standard business hours with the occasional need for overtime and help outside of standard business hours.
