Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Conflicts Attorney for an opening with an AmLaw 100 firm in its Philadelphia location. The Conflicts Attorney supports the Office of General Counsel, identifying conflicts of interest related to new clients and new hires.
This position requires 4+ years of experience practicing law and bar license in good standing (for the state in which the candidate will practice). Responsibilities include:
- Advising on professional responsibility and risk management matters
- Developing and updating firm policies
- Assisting in development of strategies for managing conflicts of interest
- Developing and conducting internal trainings
