Our client, a luxury commercial property management company, is actively seeking a temporary Administrative Coordinator to join their team ASAP! This person will use their administrative skills to ensure that office operations are running efficiently. Strong organizational skills are a must have!

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in a professional, administrative setting
  • Incredible written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Exhibit professionalism and strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Day to Day:

  • Provide administrative support to the office overall ensuring meetings are scheduled, office is organized and additional projects are handled with accuracy
  • Answer all incoming calls and triage to appropriate contacts and parties when needed
  • Management and organization of various materials including reports, billing and invoices, and associated documentation
  • Maintain email correspondence as needed
  • Coordinate the scheduling of conference and meeting rooms, sending out confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling as needed
  • Assist with additional administrative responsibilities as needed
