About You:

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred
• 1+ year of professional experience in a customer-oriented role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent active listening and problem-solving ability
• Strong sense of judgement and discretion when assisting customers with confidential and sensitive matters
• Proficiency in MS Suite applications

Day to Day:

• Ensure inquiries are handled in a timely manner without sacrificing quality
• Take incoming calls from customers and answer any questions they may have
• Process insurance requests, payments, and other confidential documents
• Complete credit reference checks
• Follow up with escalated issues as needed
