Our client, an international health non-profit organization in Arlington, VA, is seeking a temporary Contract HR Business Partner, NGO to support their team!

About You:

• 5+ years of experience with HR strategy and employee relations.
• Must have global HR experience, at least 1 country other than US.
• Experience in the NGO development space ideally USAID.
• Workday experience is also ideal.
• Demonstrated computer skills with excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented/organized with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The Job:

• Serve as a liaison for HR, Supervisors/Managers, and employees on HR services/needs.
• Collaborate with organization leaders, project directors, and representatives on policies/procedures, compliance, performance management, and employee relations issues.
• Research/investigate problems related to Global HR.
• Review employee contracts/templates to ensure they comply with applicable policies/laws.
• Advise supervisors, managers, and employees on company policies, procedures, etc.
• Complete additional tasks as needed.

This is a temporary position that pays $30/hr-$38/hr (DOE) and is slated to last for around 6 months. This is an excellent role for individuals with strong global HR, HR strategy, and employee relations experience.
