Our client, a reputable technology company, is seeking a contract HR Operations Specialist to join their HR team in Princeton, New Jersey! The ideal individual will have extensive experience with Workday, onboarding, and compliance.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
• Continued education and HR certifications (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP) highly preferred
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience
• 2+ years of experience in Workday is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and aptitude
• Expert proficiency in MS Excel is required

Day to Day:

• Perform data analytics and reporting through the Workday platform
• Assist in the onboarding of new hires, including orientation, verifying I-9 documentation, and creating and issuing relocation packages
• Perform process focused offboarding responsibilities
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to expedite processes and support hiring initiatives

This contract position is slated to last up to 6 months. It is paying up to $48 an hour depending on experience.
