About You:

• 1+ year of patient services experience
• 1+ year of healthcare experience is required
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Vibrant communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail
• Prior experience utilizing NaviNet is required

Day to Day:

• Greet a high-volume of incoming patients
• Register patients for their appointments and book follow up appointments
• Enter patient charges accurately and verify sensitive information
• Collect demographic information and process insurance verifications
• Ensure an ideal patient experience by providing timely and empathetic service
