Our client, a well-known higher education institution in Philly, is seeking a Student Tuition Representative to join their team on a contact basis! This position will be dealing with financial transactions, as well as communicating with students, staff, and faculty.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• 1+ year of experience working with financial transactions
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent active listening and problem-solving ability
• Strong organizational skills, ensuring efficiency and accuracy

Day to Day:

• Assist student with financial transactions connected to their student account
• Answer any inquires and requests from students, faculty, and staff in a timely manner
• Handle sensitive and confidential information
• Follow up with escalated issues as needed
• Update the organization's system with changes to personal information, payments, and changers

This contract position is slated to last at least 3 months and is paying up to $19.00/hour depending on experience.
