Our client, a reputable insurance company, is seeking a contract to hire Office Services Coordinator to manage operations for their Center City office! The ideal candidate has a diverse skill set that can help support office operations, manage reception-based tasks, and overall provide administrative support.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree is required for this position
  • 1+ years of coordination experience in a professional setting
  • Proactive approach and drive to solve problems
  • Excellent sense of judgement and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Unwavering organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks on tight deadlines

Day to Day:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and internal employees, with professionalism
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing daily operations pertaining to all areas of the business
  • Manage various departmental calendars and ensure accurate coordination of all meetings, events and conferences
  • Organize and manage general office supplies and pantry inventories
  • Assist with various projects as needed with a genuine desire to help
